Bar Hire
We offer 2 options for your bar experience, the vintage horse box or our charming up-cycled indoor bar. Both offer a unique experience, fully staffed and equipped to provide a full bar service whether you opt for a drinks package or a cash bar hire.
HORSE BOX & PALLET BAR
Booking fee of £150, includes the following:
- Secures your date
- Full bar hire for the duration of your event
- Consultation to tailor the bar menu to your requirements
- A Temporary Event Notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your event
- Fully qualified, friendly members of staff to run the bar
Minimum bar spend from £1500, don’t worry for a 100 guests that’s just under 3 drinks per person on average. Full details on request.
*Booking fee of £150 will be payable upon securing your date. Brothers Bar will not make any other reservations for that date and time, we use the fee to secure licenses and goes towards the time taken to plan for your event.
Hire Options
Pick a style for your event or a mixture, we can customise it for you. Give us a call or complete our online form and one of the brothers will get back to you as soon as possible.
Wedding Packages
Brothers Bar can provide a fully licensed drinks experience for the entire day. Our drinks packages start from £18 per head, which include arrival drinks, table wine accompanied with still and sparkling water during your meal, followed by bubbles for your toast. Throughout the rest of day, we can operate a cash bar.
Whilst we have a typical drinks package, we appreciate everyone’s tastes and budgets are different. We are more than happy to pull together bespoke solution with menu options based on your needs and requirements. If you have an idea in mind, we can explore the various options with you, we can even design a signature drink for your guests to enjoy.
In the evening you may have additional guests, we can work with you to put some money behind the bar for your evening guests to enjoy a complimentary drink on you. If you would like a free bar for your guests, we would take an upfront payment and bill you for the remainder afterwards. Alternatively, we can operate a cash bar for your guests.

Just £18/per head

Bucks Fizz
Pimm’s or seasonal drink!
(An additional welcome drink can be added for £5 per person)
Table Wine
Half bottle of table wine per person (white or red)

Glass of Prosecco
Diamond Package
£22 /per head
Which includes the following:
Welcome Drink (one of the following for each guest)
Glass of Prosecco twist
Bottle of beer or pint
Champagne Bellini
Mojito or seasonal cocktail
(An additional welcome drink can be added for £7 per person)
Table Wine
Half bottle of table wine per person (white or red)
Still and sparkling water
Toast
Glass of champagne or premium prosecco
Additional Drinks available on request
Festivals and Parties
Festivals, Fetes, Fayres or Farmers Markets… We have the resources and ability to provide a great experience, using our stylish horsebox bar or popup pallet bar which certainly stands out amongst the crowd and offers something unique to your event. We specialise in a vast range of craft beer and artisan gins to make any event one to remember.
